Your Ahapay limit may become temporarily unavailable due to the following reasons:
Overdue Payment
- If you have missed a payment for an active order, your installment option may be unavailable. To restore access, repay the overdue amount.
Reached Installment Plan Limit
-Your installment option may be unavailable if you already have active installment orders. To use installments again, you'll need to fully repay one of your existing orders.
The first installment payment is due
-If you have an active installment plan and the first scheduled payment has not been completed yet, your installment access may be temporarily locked. Once the first installment payment is made, your access will be restored.
