Please be informed that you may change your registered phone number directly through your Ahapay account.
However, you are only allowed a maximum of 5 attempts to change your phone number. Once the limit has been reached, you will need to wait for a 5-day cooling period before attempting to change your phone number again.
We strongly recommend that you carefully review the new phone number before submitting the request to ensure the change process is completed smoothly.
Please follow the steps below to change your phone number:
- Open the Ahapay app.
- Click on Account.
- Under Personal Info, select Phone Number.
- Enter your new phone number.
- Click Request Code to receive the verification code.
- Complete the verification process.
Once the verification is successful, your registered phone number will be updated to the new number.
