How to Register Ahapay Account?

Creating an Ahapay account is the first step to accessing all services in the Ahapay application. Follow the steps below to register successfully.

Steps to Register an Ahapay Account:

1. Download and open the Ahapay app on your mobile device.
2. Tap Sign Up / Register on the login page.
3. Enter your mobile phone number and request the OTP (One-Time Password) for verification.
4. Enter the OTP sent to your phone to verify your number.
5. Create and confirm a secure password for your account.
6. Fill in your personal details, including full name, MyKad number, and other required information.
7. Submit the registration form to complete account creation.
8. Once successful, you can log in and access Ahapay services

Please note that only one Ahapay account can be registered for each MyKad. After registration, users may also need to complete the KYC verification process to access all Ahapay services.
