Steps to Follow:
Check your payment status in the Ahapay app
- Log in to your Ahapay account through the Ahapay application.
- Go to the Order section.
-Ensure that the payment status shows 'Pay".
Verify the transaction with your bank
-Check your bank account or card used for the payment to confirm that the payment amount has been successfully deducted.
Prepare proof of payment
If the payment was successful but is still not reflected in our system, please prepare the following information:
-Payment receipt or screenshot showing the successful transaction
-Date and time of the payment
-Payment amount
