Contact the merchant first. Customers should submit their refund request directly to the merchant.

Merchant approval. The merchant reviews the request and, if eligible, confirms the refund.

Initiation by the merchant. Once approved, the merchant initiates the refund process through AhaPay.

AhaPay disbursement. After AhaPay verifies and authorises the request, the payment is returned to the customer’s original card within 14 business days.
